An age old problem. How to bring a 116 year old accountants’ firm into the 21st century without losing any of its heritage. When we did the maths, we realised that Vale & West had excellent business retention through top-notch practice, but failed to attract new customers with their outdated marketing materials and tired website design.
We spoke to some of their stakeholders, who revealed lots of pluses, including high praise for their expertise and the enthusiasm of their staff. We updated their logo, introduced a strapline that was true to their professional outlook and brought their website to life by introducing the Vale & West team and their interests.
Our brand identity was dated but our business wasn’t. Cream understood and translated this into a warmth which retained our professionalism and forward vision whilst also reflecting our heritage of over 100 years.
