The challenge

So you don’t want to sell ANYTHING? No, it’s fan engagement, you know, an open day for kids to come along and meet their heroes… for free. Billboards around the town, thanking fans for their support. OK… but where do you want the call to action?

The solution

We used imagery of young supporters with players and of players interacting with iconic Reading landmarks to stir up local pride. #MyTownMyClub instilled supporters with the idea of ownership and was the only visible point of contact on the posters which were displayed prominently across the town.
